Currency |
Select the originating currency for this transaction from the list. If you are entering sales or purchases transactions using the Sales, Purchases, Historical Sale or Historical Purchase window, the currency assigned to the customer or vendor is displayed automatically and cannot be changed in this window. |
Transaction Exchange Rate |
If you wish to use an exchange rate that's different from the one that's displayed in the Currency Profile view of the Currency Information window, enter the new exchange rate in this field. |
Current Exchange Rate |
This field displays the exchange rate currently assigned to this currency in the Currency Profile view of the Currency Information window. |
Update Current Exchange Rate in the Currency List |
Mark this option if you want the rate you entered in the Transaction Exchange Rate field to be used for future transactions in this currency. If you mark this option, the exchange rate that appears in the Transaction Exchange Rate field will appear as the default exchange rate for all future transactions in this currency, until you change the rate again in this manner or by changing the rate in the Currency Information window. |
