Job Reimbursable Expenses window

The Job Reimbursable Expenses window enables you to view information about your expenses for a particular job and all the jobs below it in the jobs list hierarchy. Using this window, you can determine which expenses have been reimbursed and those for which you still need to write invoices.

This window contains two lists:

  • The To Be Reimbursed list displays all reimbursable expenses for the selected hierarchy of jobs. You can track reimbursable expenses for a job if you mark the Track Reimbursables selection and enter a linked customer in that job’s Job Information window.
  • The Reimbursed/Removed list displays all reimbursed expenses for the selected hierarchy of jobs.

To view a list, click the appropriate tab.
