To change an accrual

We suggest you read Changing payroll categories in the Payroll Categories Overview for additional information about this topic.

Please note that this task requires single-user access. See Single-user file locking for more information.

The Payroll Category List window should be displayed.

  1. Click the Accruals tab to display a list of all existing accruals in the AccountEdge system.

  2. Highlight the accrual you want to change and click Edit to open the Accrual Information window.

  3. Make the changes to the accrual that you want.

  4. Click OK when you’re finished.
