To remove a card

If you haven’t already read the Cards Overview, see Changing, removing or inactivating cards for more information.


Note: You can’t remove a card with transactions assigned to it

A card can be removed if no transactions are assigned to it. You can review transactions assigned to a card using the Inquiry Register window.

Also, a card which has been used on a quote, order or recurring template can’t be removed.

The Cards List window should be displayed.

  1. Highlight the card you want to remove.
  2. Choose Delete Card from the Edit menu.
